We are a non-profit, but a majority of our operations are funded through billing with the remaining portion being funded through donations. We wouldn’t be able to exist without the income from billing.

Nope, all of our members, including the Board of Directors are 100% volunteers!

The majority of our income is used for the replacement of medical supplies, equipment, insurance, preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment, utilities, and facilities costs. These categories accounted for about 75% of our expenses in 2023.

Insurance carriers will often send a check directly to the insured. This check is meant to pay for the ambulance services provided to you. Please contact MedEx Billing at (800) 716-8015 or use their Patient Portal on their website.
